Happy Valentine's Day ~ Yummy!

Happy Valentines Day!! Yes its that time of the year when we can splurge and take in a few extra calories and enjoy every minute of it! With the hubby gone today my little valentine and I are super excited to enjoy some homemade waffles, strawberries, and of course she wants cool whip! I think we may just try a few of these yummy brownies as well!

What You Need:
10 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken in half (20 squares), divided
3/4cup butter or margarine
4squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
2cups sugar
3 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
1cup flour
2-1/2cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Make It:
HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 15 grahams in pan, with sides overlapping slightly. Break remaining grahams into pieces.

MICROWAVE butter and chocolate squares in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams in pan.

BAKE 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows begin to puff. Press reserved graham pieces gently into marshmallows. Cool. Use foil to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

Give them a try, they are super yummy!

Happy Valentines Day everyone!

Add a little color

Have you been noticing all the pastel tipped ends that so many celebs have been wearing on the runway lately. I would love to try this! Kevin Murphy’s Color Bug in pastel pink is adorable and so me. It’s very easy to apply and goes on like chalk. If you want to order your own color bug, they are $24 at Studio 8 and come in a few pastel colors! So fun :)

Happy coloring!

Tasty Tuesday ~

It seems that lately I have been all about yummy quick and easy dinners. I think I will have to blame it on working full time, having a busy 4 year old, and being pregnant. I found this the other day and it sounded so yummy I couldn't wait to try it. Luckily it was a hit with the family and saved me a lot of time!

Chicken Italian:

What You Need:

8 oz uncooked spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package (1 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 can (19 oz) Progresso® Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

Make it:
1. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.

2. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook garlic and chicken in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side until chicken is light brown.

3. Sprinkle basil and pepper flakes on chicken. Pour soup over chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we did!

Updated belly pics

Yes its been forever since I've updated my blog. I just haven't taken the time to sit down at the computer and blog but, I'm going to try to really make this something that I keep updated more frequently.

It amazes me that I only have 12 weeks left and our little girl will be joining us, that is if she arrives on time which her sister did not! I am excited and nervous at the same time. What is life going to be like with two little girls? Ava keeps me busy enough and now I'm getting ready to add another to the mix! I know it will all work out and I can't wait!

So here is a belly update:

Yes I know the paper is backwards and I didn't think about it when I took the photo but you all get the idea. Things are going good we have started the nursery and hope to have it completed by the middle of February if not sooner. Photos will have to come later.

I'm heading back to work today after a 3 week winter vacation and I'm not sure I ready for the regular routine, oh well ready or not here I come.

Have a great Monday!

A little Belly Update

Sugar and spice and everything nice, that's what little girls are made of yes, that's right baby number 2 is a GIRL and we are so excited!!

Well here it is, the baby bump has arrived!! I am not 20 weeks 2 days and feeling great!! I am finally over the all day sickness and I have regained my energy! I'm looking forward to the rest of the pregnancy, well maybe not the point where I can't see my feet but the end result will be worth it!
